But the “L” model gives better result with long lenses. This converter is NOT compatible with the following lenses due to their protruding rear element: FA 28-90mm f/3.5-5.6 K 15mm F3.5 and A 15mm F3.5 M 24-35mm F3.5 zoom This information is from 2006 and predates the introduction of D FA, DA, DA L and DA* lenses. Information regarding compatibility with those lenses is not readily available.
